I've also heard (and it makes sense) that you should complete the Exterior first to gain the curb appeal to generate early interest.Well...I have a craftsman style house and the top half of the house is aluminum siding.

@Brad Gibson I have heard the same thing from some people, actually, especially with all the resort-style apartments going up. 

With a partner I located a suitable property in Scottsdale (a ranch style house with 5 beds and 4 baths but most importantly an attached 2 car garage along with an entirely enclosed 2 story RV garage.)
