The properties can more than support the debt burden. 

They did an excellent job for me and provide ongoing support--I can call any time with additional questions for no additional charges.

Several calls to their "support" department (and I use that term as loosely as i possibly can) yielded no satisfactory results. 

This is where I believe you can make a majority of your wealth; though, it's important to have healthy cash flow to keep everything operating.

I prefer the bigger ones because it’s more doors together so your expenses are consolidated and if one unit is vacant the others support it.

Our underwriting team would consider a portion of the HELOC as proof of funds to support the project.

It does everything I need but their support is awful. 

I forgot to mention that one of my key learnings is how you can buy a business and used the cash flow to support buying real estate.
