I'm not saying the guy is trying to scam me, but he definitely dosn't run a good business if you dont even call to schedule a job or have any written contract for the work. 

Hi @Joaquin Camarasa, we are now busy with the topic trying to figure out the way/contacts via which it is possible to do this.

my current cpa has been in the business for 40+ years.  

Recently, we did quite well on a business deal and found ourselves with quite a bit of cash to invest, particularly in real estate.

If they are offering unheard of rates or LTV, then all their competitors would be out of business. 

I know a teacher who has a house painting business he runs on the side/ in the summer.

If you have a good business plan for the next property it could make a LOT of sense. 

STR is a hospitality business.
