All of this work is pretty convincing for foreclosing homeowners with no equity who previously insisted they could sell their home conventionally, and it makes my job during my consultations alot easier to show them that a solution isn't just my opinion, but solidly rooted in the reality of their market.

I think insurance that would cover me in my first deal or two may be the perfect solution to my dilemma, if such an insurance policy exists.
