If those APIs were available to feed developers that data through a secured web service, and any legal issues were already ironed out, I assume zillow, cyberhomes, etc... would already have that built in.

The release should include the property address, borrower's social security number, and loan number.Without this, the bank will not want to talk to you.Hope this helps.

Banks do not foreclose on warranty deed, they foreclose on security deed.
