I've read the BP beginner's guide and will continue to do my research, but I have a few ideas that I'd love some feedback on.

There are firms that will setup this kind of specialized LLC for a reasonable fee and guide you on these kinds of questions.Typically these single member LLCs are disregarded entities and no S-election is made.

So far my purchases have looked like this:Buy with cashRehab with cashGo to the bank for a refiWhen I do that, I find that I either severely restrict or stop my marketing because most of my resources are tied up in my deal(s).

Be sure to dig around; there are a lot of resources including blogs, webinars, podcasts, shared files, and more.

She's a remote self manager (with my help) that sells cabins in the smoky mountains to other remote self managers and gives them the resources they need to self manage.

Contact a broker or look in Scotsman Guide to find an appropriate lender.Check your costs on the bridge loan to see if you aren't better getting a fixed loan on the free and clear property and adding an equity line of credit after repairs are complete or refinance.
