This reminds me of a Craigslist post I just saw for someone who was looking for a house for their 3 kids and 5 pets.

Whether that notice is to remind them not to smoke in the property, a pay or quit notice, a pick up you pets crap notice etc.

As we reviewed above, and Dawn just reminded, a single lease is much easier administratively than renting by the room.As previously mentioned we do both, but charge a premium for renting by the room.

some of the items i want to put in:- reminder of life expectancy for certain items - carpet, appliances etc -no less than 5 years (based on 5 year depreciation, defined by IRS publication 527 )- cold weather advise - what to do for water pipes not to freeze - defying emergency and ways to communicate issues- garbage removal and upkeep of the outside - im looking for proper wording on  "not clogging the drains or proper use?"

This should be understood, but not everyone can see past their own selfy and actually consider that our professional volunteers actually have a life of their own.I'm glad you pointed this out as a reminder.
