Reference the Bexar county property, I suspect that it will have to go through the auction process before the Tax office would entertain a discount in the taxes owed.

The lender you are using should be able to refer you to 203k contractors.

On their website they state they are "making waves on Bigger Pockets", but I see no references on this site other than a copy and paste of their website verbiage in a blog post.

Be diligent and check their rental references, credit report, eviction and criminal reports and I like to suggest setting higher than normal standards.
