Are you having thoughts about a red convertible?

In some areas projects take years to get entitlements because of all the red tape in a particular county or city.  

Generally along the DC border on the Eastern Ave Border, not the Southern Ave Border is places good to flip.I wish I had talked about this a bit more when I was on the podcast, but the thought escaped me at the time about where to flip and not.

If you only see delivery services in an area that is a huge red flag.

It's a huge red flag if the most recent address is different.  

I also lived in LA briefly. so I suppose I've just lived in some expensive places, but SLC is cheap to me at least! 

It would be very smart--to me, at least--to borrow the other $25K to finance the deal.  

While the city is dealing with the red tape of setting some of these projects up, you can work on finding a deal nearby some of those projects and get a jump on the 99% of the other folks who will say "how did he know to buy there?"

I'm new and so far I'm fairly certain that wholesaling is something not suited for me, at least not right now.
