Kind of a pain in the butt.

My background is in psychology and I have never had to deal with this side of a business before so I really do appreciate the help. 

No big deal.We do host a weekly investors coffee club every Wednesday 7:30am at east Ave Wegmans cafe seating area.Become a fly on the wall, listen, and start to recognize where active investors pain points might be.

the claims process takes another day in court in Indiana so it's a pain. 3. 

I am intrigued to continue educating myself in REI and hope this forum brings insight to help minimize growing pains!

Obviously this will come with experience, but initial education can ease some growing pains. 

I have had 2 houses that had peeling paint on them scraped and painted, and had to find a lead certified contractor to handle that due to the flaking pain clean up, but other than that I think we have it pretty easy here. 

I know some will tell tenants that they are the manager and not the owner simply so it doesn’t seem like they are the “bad guy” and that some else says no psychology.
