Nope, not saying to slow down at all...Just saying that you need to prioritize appropriately if you really plan to do as many deals as you've stated.

When you start pushing expense down, I worry you've already mentally bought the place and now you're looking to justify your decision.

Back then, he disliked hiring out when he could handle it himself, and it caused a lot of frustration (engineer mentality).

@Kevin Keene I would just concentrate on recent comps to estimate ARV.I am still very much learning myself... figuring out the mentality and steps, but still working on taking as much action as I should.  

Sit down and have a discussion with both of them so you can see where they are at price and mentality wise.

Or have an entitlement mentality thinking the world owes them something .

As it will take the gun to your head mentality out of the equation and if comps are still around 100k then still work on selling it.
