Save this post, because if you think you can find and manage Class C tenants from OOS, there's a VERY high chance you will end up being penny-wise, but dollar-foolish.Hopefully, you'll be able to recover from your mistakes & losses and won't have to sell at a loss.

I would have to agree with all of the people that have replied to your post, and I think you may be  referring to other people's money" There is a reason that they are called private lenders, their qualification approval guidelines are based mostly on the amount of money one puts down.

They are available at the post offices on Southwest location and on Lamar. 

Since the time I created the post I believe I know at least 80% of info about it.

I have heard of people leasing post offices; not sure how this works.
