. :)Sounds good and boots on the ground is huge.We love the 43615 zip code and trust me, you don't want to sell it to me heheI wouldn't bother with the MLS either, all decent deals get snapped quick.Send out a 1,000 yellow letters and you should pick up 1-2 deals that are much better than MLS listings.Much success

I just picked up a 5-plex three blocks away from campus and wondering if zillow rent, craigslist, or maybe campus flyer would be best.
