The property was between tenants, and the manager was there last night to make sure everything was ready for the move in today.

I drove by it, both last night and this morning, and it doesn't need much to be a finished 2/1 cottage.

They drag the landlord out over a few months and then in the middle of the night they are gone owing a couple of months rent and some damages.

Would you allow 1-night stays, where you're basically a hotel?

I agree, I think it looks nice at night anyway.. you're right.

I can't tell you how many times I've had to run out later at night to swap out a check I gave a contractor with cash because they were in a cash crunch.
