Not because someone wouldn't buy it but because there are way too many houses on the market for sale for me to be stuck with one that only a few people would be interested.I think the end of last year there was a story in the news about a couple who sued the realtor for not telling them that the house was the scene of a murder-suicide.

This was news to my dad who had helped his neighbor (also a northerner) and they only used four nails.

Turns out that the back side of the house had lost its facing (similar to what the news is showing on video with a place in NYC after the storm named Sandy).
