Bottom line- I like them so far.Only issue I've come up against recently is a nuisance alarm, but I believe that was potentially due to dirt in the detector.

Bottom line is that management costs money, and a good manager can mean the difference between a contractor working effectively and doing a job to spec and doing sloppy work because they know nobody is watching them.Now, $65/hr for unlicensed work is probably high.

In Houston we see an average net profit of $12k-$15k on houses with an ARV of $100,000 or less.You see a big difference in net profit as ARV goes up due to fix cost not impacting your bottom line as much.

If they are found to be negligent I would think that hitting their bottom line would do more good than throwing someone in jail because they processed paperwork improperly.I tend to also think that the bulk of the problem is doing so many foreclosures with so few resources.
