My husband and I discussed it and decided, if he could afford $100 a month and to make sure he never gets a ticket, we couldn't afford to have him living in the street.It made me think of my Mother who perished on Skid Row and how many more souls could be saved if they had a place they could afford to stay.

Unfortunately, they are overpriced and will probably not sell resulting in the owners renting them again.I have owned the house for 7 years.It's hard to predict mother nature, but this area seems to get hit by a major tornado every 10-15 years.

They all have training, 2 of the 3 seems to have great knowledgeable broker.The office atmosphere seems to differ by night a day.I've got 2 more brokerage to interview.So far I've met with 2 extremely opposite business philosophy.Super professional vs mother goose/den mother/very casual#3 is somewhere in between.I'm very confused right now.
