Here is the issue, they had the mentality that you buy a building cheap, put a bunch of money into it and see it for a boat load.

If he is that much of a headache - and it seems he is going to continue with his abusiveness and continue giving you problems - it seems like it would be worth it to let him leave if he wants to so that you can get a better tenant in his place- the mental and physical toll this tenant will place on you does not seem worth keeping him around and then trying to "punish" him for resolving your problem by leaving  seems like it would only stretch out the inevitable.

Also, hoarding is a mental issue so I don't see her being able to just leave because of her psychological attachment to her stuff. 

It was the greed is good and I got mine mentality that caused the problem, not a desire to see that home ownership was opened to more people.There were plenty of plenty of buyers of RMBS and CDOs bought with the greater fool investment theory.

I have put up with it long enough to get me where I am now but it's mentally draining me.

A drugged or mentally-impaired person has impaired capacity and chances are a court may not hold that person to the contract.

Ultimately, although the financial compensation in investment banking has been highly rewarding, enabling me to gain a sense of financial freedom, the 80-100 hour work weeks have taken its toll, both physically and mentally.

I want you to be mentally prepared and accept how tough this profession actually is going to be.
