The laws vary depending on location but generally you would need proof of a protective order (if you want it) and they need to notify you in writing of thier status and request to be let out of the lease early.

Not saying any of this is right or wrong but there are certainly situations where minority status  which is not always based on race will have priority in business situations.

You can give access to "delayed" and also to "sold" or any other status.

The seller agreed that I can take over his AirBNB account if preferred (he only had this listing) and he got a lot of feedback and superhost status. 

I’m not going to kick them out due to potential discrimination against familial status and they were inherited tenants who pay and want to stay.
