Are there any actually good property management and accounting software for Canadian landlords?

My insight is from a vacation rental management perspective whereas Andrew helps investors identify properties daily. 

I co-own a short-term property management company.

We're looking at buying an STR to self-manage but with rates and prices where they are, the cash flow projections are dismal.

We will be moving cross country and not involved in the management much so I don't think we can claim those losses. 

I'm an agent here in KC, I can set you up with local contractors, property managers, and lenders.

I've never managed MTRs before and would love any advice on other rule changes that should be adapted and/or any other factor I should consider, particularly through AirBnB.

I feel that I'd be more interested in 50/50 backside split than this (if TIC rules allow this).Does anyone have intel on what they have seen in TIC structures for splits or asset management fees etc?

This gives you some optionality and management over the process.

Since my main profession is office management for a residential remodeling company, would flipping to build up more capital be a better place to start?
