If they specialize in REI and are good at what they do, they are worth their weight in gold.

That said, you have to weight the pros and cons of each system.

Since you asked for a metric - the metric that LPs do not put enough weight on is DSCR.

The main problem is with some many cans, there's not enough garbage for each tenant, thus weight, in each, and cans blow over.
