Hello - the rolled linoleum needs replaced in the kitchen of my SFR.I love tile, but want something warmer. 

New paint, new flooring, and new cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen is all that is needed.

I think that if I put it in the dining room or kitchen it will be easy to activate remotely if I need to.

For example, the kitchen faucet needed replacement last week.

Therefore, if I know how to gut & rebuild the kitchen, have the time, make the time, etc.

., Room A (or however you want to distinguish the different rooms) and also be sure to spell out what other house privileges the tenants will have (sharing the kitchen, parking, etc.)

This is about what I paid contractors in labor to do a complete kitchen, bath, repaint, floors, etc.

I suspect there were too many "cooks in the kitchen" and nobody wanted to cough up the rest of the repair money and time.The duplex sat there for over TEN years, just languishing. 

Do the same for the radiator pipes and also plumbing pipes in kitchen and bath.
