Sometimes there are cut rate lenders with hidden fees and so their rates are lower than realistic, but in general you can get some good info on there.

For one its a great tool, but also it comes with an instructional video series.

It is hidden in the mechanical room and is there to serve a function, not look pretty.

If it is fail/need repair/maintenance as part of regular wear and tear not cause by tenant abuse or negligence.I will also provide a respond to the tenant and offer a new tension style shower rod that they can install themself as a good faith/one time deal (I did shared online instruction/video on tension shower rod install previously).

You have to see the hidden gem and know enough about the market to understand where you can add value.For example, you look at a property.

I dont think paying more taxes helps.It just gets fed to large corporations and billionaires through hidden subsidies or blown on useless foreign wars and military expenditures with a tiny fraction going to things people actually need.
