I once lived in a community in CA that had about 50 airline pilots in it.. based out of SFO.. and after golf of course they did not want to talk about work they talked about investing.. and there are some sponsor out there that just cater to airline pilots.. so theory..

Glad to see Louisville is on the up-and-up...it's been fun to watch the evolution...we stayed there 3-years ago and things we kicking off downtown...went back a year later and it was reaching full swing...last year things looked really promising...lots of good spots in city center.

I can assure you that in the area I am investing in, new apartment complexes will not be built...these are here to stay, just like the other ones that are surrounding....I'm in an area that's not going to be developing anything new but it will be a sustainable area given the university which is 3 miles down the street, the golf course (where the PGA is held) and of course a few larger companies that are there to stay (Goodyear, etc...)
