Hard money loans often don't have the global cash flow requirements that other loans have, in part because the cost is higher, and in part because the loan terms are shorter.For example, the key criteria that a hard money lender might be focused on are;1. liquidity2. deal quality3. borrower experienceBecause the term lengths of hard money loans are often 18 months or less, it matters more what liquidity you have available to support the interest payments, how good of a deal you have, and how likely it is that you'll be able to perform.Hope this helps,Michael
