It's been a great run and I still can't believe the returns, but that was with strategic buys and refinances. 

What do you think is a strategic way to structure a deal in an effort to get this person to partner with me so that it benefits both of us? 

It’s certainly worth more than fighting with my printer all day on a Saturday when I could be out networking or strategizing with my business partners.

I don't know your background so can't comment on whether this captures it or not, but here are a few design pointers.The design needs to be used strategically to draw the eye to what is important.

We expressed these concerns numerous times throughout the program, looking to re-strategize the territories we were marketing to, but were instructed time and time again to stay with the course.When we reached 3 months, half-way through the program, we had zero real leads and major communication issues(comically poor responses from the team) to the point my business partner completely opted-out and I took over.

so a lot of those higher end foreclosures in those days as well were what they called strategic.. 

In order to successfully utilize this session with the attorney you'll want to think through a lot of situations that many find uncomfortable, but the better you process these scenarios the better you'll be able to think strategically about what should happen in those events.  

I will be very surprised if you walk away satisfied that this discussion has lead to the "right answer" being formulated and visible to all.
