I’ve yet to break into the 5+ commercial loan space.

I installed big windows in each room, did tape n bed, texture, trim (with panels), AND INSTALLED 12MM LAMINATE FLOOR, all for only 3k in labor cost (I was honestly broke and low priced hoping he would throw me bonus money at the end).

I'll expand my activities in this space if I have a profitable experience over the next couple of years.

In my city, we are allowed to trim any branches intruding on our space.

It would be tight on space if 1bdrm and require a roommate you like or can at least tolerate.
