The mainstream media influences people for sure , so if more and more media comes out saying the housing market is bad or about to crash that's going to influence things.Here is one Wall Street Journal just put out 4 hours ago , also many people just read the headlines.

I know for myself, your posts and insights have tremendously influenced my REI strategy.  

It may not show direct conversions but I can assure you it helps influence travelers to book with you!

I'm comfortable with investing 20k on my first project, maybe a bit more if need be but I'm trying to be fiscally smart here and stick to my plan so that right around where I feel safe.I'm a bit nervous investing in a property that's more than a 2-hour car ride away from where I live now.
