Short of literal swamp land, just about all of Florida’s RE is super hot right now,  that said, a 10 cap is going to be tough to find unless you’re willing to go to tertiary markets (really small towns) or into C class or war zone areas.That said if you know you’re coming for sure maybe it’s worth a trip down to do nothing but network with local investors and possibly agents and commercial brokers.

Over the past year, walking properties became one of his favourite activities.

Pays him $100.00 for a 4 hour trip and the guy takes care of the boat. 

You can probably have anyone inspect, but trip charges for companies to come out and check are often around $150. 

I shouldn’t complain too loudly about a few extra beach trips for myself while the short-term rental ban was in place.

We did a bath remodel and to expedite the project made a few longer trips to get materials where we could find them.
