Just thinking, you need to look at anything you tie in to and make sure it will carry the expected load, Following my suggestion above of bracing a rafter and tieing into joists that are floating and not laid above the top plate, will cause problems...you need to realize how weight is distributed and carried, all the way down to the foundation.

I always use my own title company, for several reasons:- They can close much faster (literally 2-3 days if the seller's attorney cooperates, as opposed to 4-6 weeks if I use the seller's attorney)- They cost much less (since I do a lot of work with them, they only charge $200 for attorney fees vs $600 for the typical REO attorney)- I trust they'll get it right

No money = no way to pay for laminate flooring either IMO.Getting the higher monthly payment also gets you paid off faster, or gets you a bigger monthly spread of cashflow.Only you know whether you can (afford to) carry for the extra month or two upfront.

Some of these items, like cabinets and carpets, can be depreciated on a faster schedule than the 27.5 years that applies to the house as a whole.

If i do the bathroom it's probably another $8-10, but it will sell faster i think if master is on main.
