Hi, This will be my first post so excuse any crude explanations or terms. 

Again, not using these as excuses, just being realistic about my situation.

I take no excuses from anyone in my team.

Never mind the dozens of other investors working with agents, putting up bandit signs, and marketing the hell out of that crappy excuse for a city.

Sorry for the long write and will try to keep it concise as possible.I slowly come to realize that no matter what Jobs I have with my years of experience and seniority to get a promotion/raise with good record when the management position was given to a inexperienced junior due to my disability as Deaf while was given every excuses you could think of in the textbook to why I couldn't climb the ladder.

I'm not saying it is an excuse, but they may be working with 10-20-30-40 buyers or sellers.   

This is something I have been working on and learning from for about 5 years and this interest is ultimately what got me interested in Real Estate.Something I have taken away from BiggerPockets books and from reading online is that it is vital to start in real estate investing as early as you can and also to take action rather then simply reading about it, researching, and making excuses as to why you have not started yet. 

Aren't we looking at ways to do things and solve problems rather than excuses for not doing things?

These usually cost around $400 to install so some are using that cost as an excuse to make the switch to electric.

I don't want to use it as an excuse, but I'm not sure what else I can do in the meantime.
