I love being a mortgage broker, and have learned a lot about lending, creative strategies, and made great connections.I also didn’t have a background in “finance” but did enjoy the underwriting process I do when analyzing my own properties for my portfolio.In my opinion making the switch was a lot easier then some may think, definitely a career worth considering!

In fact, many of my tenants have told me how much they enjoyed me as a landlord.

It's a cat and mouse game and the tenant might just like that and enjoys me paying hundreds in fees every month for filing papers.

A good number of investors helped me when I was starting out and I enjoy paying it forward.

When he shows the property to a potential tenant if they start bad mouthing the property in any way he tells them that he enjoys having happy tenants but he can tell that this guy wouldn't be happy here and since he only rents to happy tenants then he must decline them.He also said that the first few months are very critical and that you must train your tenants properly.
