So, my wife and I are in the process of clearing our plate of a small amount of consumer debt and a few other non essential expenses before we start to move into acquiring our first property.  

I outsourced as much as I could because I am a full time General Manager which is very time consuming.

They give us a discount to pass onto the consumer, on top of compensating us, as is normal approximately post-2018, as a customer acquisition cost.

For me, consumer debt has lost it's appeal.

I'm basically looking for good deals and typing out 1 letter sent to 50 addresses is not time consuming or expensive. 

I am also extroverted so I tend to prefer bouncing ideas off people verbally and visually versus consuming online content. 

This hands-on approach can be more time consuming, but it can often result in better returns and, like I said, a much more thorough learning experience.

This process was not free as I excepted but it was time consuming to schedule appointments.
