Hi Hayes, I can't speak as effectively to your question as I'd like but I have a colleague that owns a mortgage brokerage in town.

We have used GuestPrep, and unfortunately have had a pretty consistently bad experience.

If you have any recommendations or are willing to share your experiences, I would greatly appreciate it.As I prepare for the inspection period, I want to ensure I cover all bases and make informed decisions. 

I have funds for marketing, I just can't find an effective marketing channel.

And in my experience Anderson Advisors is so not the place to go for asset protection.  

Lean on other real estate investors in your market on who they use - it's not foolproof but working with someone that another investor already had great experience with is a good starting place.Hope all of that makes sense.
