I have an appointment with the City’s economic developer and with the Historical society to get more information as far as construction, and challenges with past developers that couldn’t or wouldn’t go farther with it.There was a proposed shopping mall at one point for this property that never went past the planning stage.

As countries start having issues with more economic and civil unrest there will be increased capital outflow to mitigate risk to local foreign investors wealth.Governments there are starting to clamp down on moving money out of the country..8 rent to sale price ratio is low.

We're a strong market and have weathered the past economic fluctuations with ease.Our economy is strongly supported by defense and science funding and so we were isolated from the rampant foreclosures as the real estate bubble burst.We have had a housing boom and I think our supply was oversaturated in the outlying areas but we're rebounding.
