I would use the line to purchase more rental properties and BRRRR them to repay the line.

It came out to $823 in expenses and in the area Section 8 is paying $11400 to $1600 a unit.

If it is not a contractor that you will be using I would pay this person for their time.

Specifically, creating a property project timeline for work that needs to be done and when to prioritize XYZ.

In the sense that I think it should be used, it means that the risk was taken by someone else.
