If the prescribed ESA does damage to your property, you may take the cost of repairs out of the security deposit.Be very careful when denying based on pets that are called support animals.

Your intentions may or may not be altruistic, but others (including the courts) might easily see this as elder abuse or similar.

All they do is make you pay the fee to someone out to inspect your claim then deny the claim with a ridiculous reason.
