This may be a matter for legal counsel and financing source since you will have to determine how the funds are transferred and who will ultimately "own" the property & building(s).

@David Wright I don't know Michigan law, but here in Georgia you can transfer title in a property you acquire via Tax sale with a quit claim deed.

The out of state lender, I am working with, told me that if I obtain a conventional loan then transfer the property to multi-member LLC at a later point, that might violate the ownership stipulation that was made at the time of the loan origination.
