I have isolated all the water lines for my units but haven't figured out if I should call the water company and have them sell me water meters or if there is a water meter I can buy online that possibly hooks up to wifi to report usage.

The costs involved to fix this situation included mold remediation, potentially replacing some of the water damaged studs/joists, and replacing the drywall.

It is just 5min driving from the downtown.There is actually an old mine on the land :) You have a road who cross the land (2 access to the land) City water underneath of this road.

The main challenge has been dealing with the state and other governing bodies in regards to the water well and sewer treatment plant.

I would be responsible for water, trash and yard maintenance.

When completed, tenant found there was no water to his hookup.

Also research the water system if you are supplying water from a well. 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a plumber to handle a hot water heater replacement in the Raleigh area? 

Soviet-style blocks were built, but without even private baths of any sort--those had to be traveled to--and no hot water whatsoever.
