We can only begin to imagine the pain and suffering so many have gone through, and the struggle many continue to endure.

It is a pain in the rear to run around all day fixing stuff.

Most don't move and this usually shuts them up and sends the message to stop the back and forth.I realize it's a bit of a risk but trust me if they take you up on it, it's the most pain free way of moving forward. 

I am sure they can tell me at H&R Block, but I like to know things ahead of time.

I saw an Hud reo about 2 blocks from me that was listed at $159,000 last sold for 433,000 (3bd 1 b) left a message for the agent but he never called back...took a walk there today , couple windows broken but seems okay...should i continue to save ( can't even get $30 in interest from saving account) can someone please give me some suggestions.many thanks

Not just the neighbourhood, not just the street but every block.

While Philly can feel like a block-by-block city (and in many neighborhoods it is), there are plenty of areas that have consistency and easily predictable values.

I work hard to completely understand the real estate market within my farm area that can vary widely within 5 blocks... and this guy has a blanket opinion on an entire country.

I would spend time on the block understanding what kind of neighborhood it is and spend time on Craigslist to understand what true market rent is.  

here they have to drill EVERY hollow block core,,,every 8 ",,,which adds quickly
