That's why I self manage 75 properties and have automation systems in place such that I know what is happening without going there.I wouldn't look for cheap property management though.

My approach has been to automate the early calculations using big data to save time, and allow me quickly focus on areas where the numbers make sense.

If they're worried about the rental management process, tell them there are definitely some tools out there that can even help you to automate the rental management process.

This just accelerates it in a big way and likely pushes AI and robots for low income to median income labor jobs to faster automation.
