We basically tell them if you refer us an off market lead we will throw them the 3-6% commission back as the referral payout.

I would ask specifically about new agent training as it seems the place I choose who has LOTS of training but it’s 95% training on lead generation.

Wanted to introduce myself ...my name is Isidro...i am from California, i recently got offered an opportunity to get into the real estate investing by my landlord...he has been doing this for about 15-20 years and offered me to work with him...basically i find/generate him leads...he puts 100% of his money, we buy homes cash, if i work on rehabbing he will pay me an hourly rate, and in the end he gives me 40% of the profits...sounds like a fair deal to me since i have 0 liability, i am not using my own money and he is an experinced investor.

Hi Zach,You can either cold call lists that you purchase or leads that are generated through D4D (if you can find a property scout/bird dog situation), hire someone to place signs for you.

@Joel N.I feel it is great thing if you do not want to get involved with the entire real sales process, find an agent that is great pass him/her your possible retail and/or commercial leads and get a referral check.

I still have to view the property, as I'm just going off of a lead and running numbers, but you are correct in that I will need to get a feel for what will need to be done each month and each year as units become vacant.
