Sometimes there's no movement b/c Wall Street had the assumption that it would happen baked in ahead of time, sometimes it goes the opposite direction because of other things going on with the economy and sometimes, like today, they go the same direction.

Of course, >80% of these new LOs will be out of the business before that 3 year mark.From what I've gathered, the overwhelming majority of experienced rent-to-"own" landlords do it on the assumption that the overwhelming majority of tenant "buyers" will never qualify.
