Are there any agent that can help me find a affordable apartment in Brooklyn,NY or Queens.

I currently own and manage two condos and would like to trade up to a medium or large apartment complex for economies of scale, however i can currently only afford a small 20-30 unit apartment.  

The seller can't afford to fix repairs or upgrades even though they are small and .of very costly but will bring the value up.

I was frustrated, because I had just listened to dozens of investors who said they've been in real estate for years.

Those are the two least affordable cities in the U.S. with the median rent in San Fransisco being over $4,200.  

Also its the only place i can afford to buy a multifamily house for under 400k in nyc.

Perhaps if you get an electrician to price out the job for you and then,  when he gives you the price, and if it is too much see what you can negotiate with himTell him that you want to do the job with him but you can not afford the price.  

I know they can afford the increase, and it is legal to raise it by this much at lease renewal, given 60 days notice.  

My take on it is this: prices were so low for so long that many people couldn't afford to sell.

I don't offer pools or workout areas or saunas but I do offer a clean, safe, affordable place to live.
