But with that being said, I'm noticing a trend of strident attacks in both social media and the press related to rising rental costs in the US anytime discussion of lower home ownership rates since the Great Recession ended.

This day, you’d be hard pressed to toss a rock into any of these and not hit a legitimate, verifiable, lender.

We are already seeing movement in this direction to press high leverage lending to educe home purchases. 

You don’t “accidentally” rent out all the bedrooms or forget to change your drivers license and mailing address.    . ps.
