i did a BRRRR last year that didn't work out after i rehabbed it so i sold it (selling a BRRRR = flip.)Thank you Nicholas for being transparent.

This new LLC needed a mailing address for normal mailing activities (I’ve always understood that the registered agent address is only for legal mailings vs ‘normal’ business mail).thanks!
