There’s part of the answer.Anyone else experience this same increase in costs?

I've done this, and my credit score dropped tremendously (60+ points).

Obviously that’s different than a spec home though and we have opted to not want to deal with a home owner and bank during the build process at this point.Hope this helps some.

This is my first extensively water damaged home that I may purchase.

Acquisition Fee: This is on the low end.

this is an out of state rental, and I need something where it can be reset remotely..TIA! 

I had to put about 25k of my own money into this first deal between the down payment, agent commission, inspection, closing costs, and holding costs, so I'd like to get as much of that covered as I can on my next deal.

What kind of area is this located in?
