That being said, the president announced last night that the federal government is attempting to extend the eviction moratorium through the rest of the year as long as the tenants can prove efforts to make partial payment.

When one spouse qualifies as a real estate professional and makes a valid aggregation election of all rental property activities, then the benefit of that status and aggregation applies to all rental activities owned by either spouse.
