@Thomas Reid Hello Thomas I grew up in the Tampa area and recently moved back after a few years in the North, I am currently renting near the airport and am finding this area to be up and coming.

I bought a house in Homestead about 5 months ago and grew up minutes from there in West Mifflin and seeing the transformation on 8th ave in the commercial district is amazing.  

I grew up on the east coast and remember seeing some very scary old farmhouse foundations...

We grew up with little money so we’re always planning for doomsday and keep a significant amount of cash on hand.  

I grew up in my parents real estate office but never got into it much myself, but now after some experience in corporate life I’m seeing the benefits of owning and investing in properties!  

I grew up in Brooklyn Heights and lived back there and in DUMBO about 10 years ago and wished I would have bought the brownstone I was renting in when I could have.

My daughters grew up with with every privilege imaginable, went to the most expensive colleges they could find and are debt-free and make a lot more money than my wife and me combined.

I made friendships that would continue for decades, and some of those friendships grew into profitable business partnerships years later.
