Hi Nathan, The inspector fail to comply by his and you r agreement, this is totally unacceptable, he is not allowed legally or professionally to share the inspection with others or agent with pout your authorizing it, I will get with an attorney and discuss this issue, also chek his training and affiliation with ASHI or InterNASHI and you can file a complaint.

The biggest challenge is just being able to pick up the phone and call someone, instead I have to rely on internet calling options but it's still not that big of an issue.
